Our orders are double-checked before shipment, but if we’ve made a mistake or if the fabric is defective, please:

1. Call us immediately (or within 15 days) to report the problem. Please have your invoice copy handy when you call 1-888-828-8218.

2. Allow us to reimburse you for return shipping and give us a chance to correct the mistake or fully refund your order.

If you’ve changed your mind about the fabric you ordered, we’ll be glad to offer return privileges under these terms:

1. All fabrics must be in the same condition as when you received them.

2. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.

3. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

4. Return shipping is your expense.

5. The original cost of the shipping is not refundable.

Payment Policy

OldCountryStoreFabrics.com gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

We do not accept checks, cash or money orders.

Sales tax of 6% is included for Pennsylvania residents only.

Order Cancellation Fee

We reserve the right to apply a $5.00 cancellation fee for any orders cancelled after our processing but prior to shipping.

Prompt Response

All fabrics are guaranteed to be in-stock and ready for same-day shipment!

Monday through Friday, all orders placed before 1:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

Within the United States, we offer shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) and provide choices of shipping methods. These options include:

USPS Parcel Post: All packages will travel through the normal postal system, with no tracking or delivery time guarantee.

USPS Priority Mail: All packages will be expedited to arrive in 2-5 days, and while they will be insured, the package cannot be tracked and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

UPS Ground: All packages will be shipped fully insured, and a tracking number will be provided for your convenience. Ground shipping generally takes 3-5 days.

UPS 2nd Day Air: All packages will be shipped as per UPS Ground, but you are guaranteed delivery in two business days. There is an additional charge for this service.

UPS Next Day Air: All packages will be shipped as per UPS Ground, but you are guaranteed next-day delivery by 12:00 noon. There is an additional charge for this service.

UPS Next Day Air Saver: All packages will be shipped as per UPS Ground, but you are guaranteed next-day delivery by 4:00 p.m. There is an additional charge for this service.

These fees do not necessarily represent USPS or UPS published rates and may include handling charges.

International Shipping

We offer shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) and provide choices of shipping methods. These options include:

USPS Priority Mail International: While the most economical, this shipping method offers no timetable guarantees or package tracking, and a ship time of two weeks is typical.

USPS Global Express Guaranteed: This shipping method offers premium service for a premium price. All packages will be shipped fully insured, a tracking number is provided and a date-certain guarantee is available.

UPS Worldwide Saver: This shipping method services a significant number of smaller countries and is fully trackable, insured, and offers a date-certain guarantee. We recommend this option for international shipping both because of these assurances and the method’s affordability.

UPS Worldwide Expedited: This shipping method services a limited number of larger countries and is fully trackable, insured, and offers a date-certain guarantee. We recommend this option for international shipping both because of these assurances and the method’s affordability.
